This special dolphin tour takes place at 5:00 AM, at sunrise. When sardine fishermen haul in their nets, large numbers of dolphins often gather around them. As ours is usually the only boat present, guests not only enjoy an unparalleled dolphin-watching experience but also get to watch the fishermen at work and learn about the Croatian sardine fishing tradition.
